Directions For Cocoa Coconut Overnight Oats

1. Start by adding the rolled oats, chia seeds, Celtic sea salt, vanilla, honey, cocoa powder, yogurt & coconut flakes to a 12oz jar.

2. Pour in the coconut milk and stir until fully incorporated and there are no dry pockets of oats. The chia seeds must be dispersed evenly.

3. Cover and place the jar in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a creamy, thick texture.

4. The next morning, open the jar, and you’ll find your overnight oats have thickened. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency and stir.

5. Add the whipped cream, more coconut and sprinkle the cocoa nibs on top. Enjoy!
