  2. Add in half of the walnuts (1/4 cup), honey, vanilla & yogurt and milk. Stir well until everything is incorporated and there are no dry pockets of oats.
  3. Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and decide if you want to add more milk.
  5. Top the rest of the walnuts.
