Ingredients For Cranberry Overnight Oats

Cranberry Sauce

1 cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries: Use fresh berries for your cranberry sauce for a fresh and tart flavor profile that you cannot get from canned.

1/2 tsp Nutmeg: Nutmeg introduces a warm and earthy spice to the oats.

1/2 tsp Cinnamon: Cinnamon adds a familiar warmth.

2 tbsp Maple Syrup: You can use more or less depending on how sweet you like your cranberry sauce.

Overnight Oats

1/2 cup Rolled Oats: The hearty foundation of this recipe.

1 tbsp Chia Seeds: Tiny powerhouses packed with omega-3 fatty acids.

1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt: Celtic sea salt has a rich mineral content including magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc and other trace elements.

1/2 tsp Real Vanilla: I love putting real vanilla into my oats.

1 tbsp Maple Syrup: Use this instead of processed sugar.

3 tbsp Greek Yogurt: 2 tbsp for the recipe and 1 tbsp for the topping.
